I bought this machine as a Christmas present for a dear friend but neither he nor I could get it to work. We're both tech savvy, but no matter what we did, neither of us could get it to work with our iPhones (iPhone 11). We have tried everything! Scanning the QR code on the back of the box will take you to the website, but there are no setup instructions, only promotional messages. We even downloaded the SnapECG app from iTunes but it doesn't work. We kept getting error messages telling us the password should be 6-20 characters long and so on, but no matter what password we tried, it never got past the setting. This device is a piece you know what! I am very disappointed that Revain is still selling it.
