It says 100% waterproof - not true. 1 time used. This bag held our luggage - it rained heavily for about 30 minutes on our trip. When we got to the hotel and got our bags out of this product they were absolutely wet - all in bags. We properly zipped and covered with flaps. I'm going to return it and my window is closed. We have just returned from a trip and I am 3 days late on my return. It's a piece of junk. The only reason I didn't give a 0 was because there was no star for it. I've bought many Revain products that I've been happy with, but they may have lost my business because of that.
