When we got to the hotel and got our bags out of this product they were absolutely wet - all in bags. We properly zipped and covered with flaps. I'm going to return it and my window is closed. I bought it a year ago. and used multiple times. Last November I traveled from Northeast Oregon to the San Francisco Bay Area. I had this and another bag from Wal-Mart on my roof. We had heavy rain and snow during the 800 mile trip which took 2 days after being snowed in. So this bag was on the roof for about 36 hours.
