We've used it on a few trips to Colorado this summer and it's worked well. It's rained quite a bit this year (at least east of the Continental Divide). We kept our bedding in it on our last hike, if that's any indication of the trust I'm beginning to have in her. I'm sure you shouldn't be doing this, but I sprayed the front bugs with a pressure washer brush and there were no leaks. Pretty impressed...a good budget buy. Just a tip, I put thicker items in the middle and use a flat mat on top to preserve aero/fuel efficiency.
