If you want to make pretty pies, this pan is for you! It's a great nonstick pan. Feels very sturdy and makes fancy food (if it doesn't, that's your fault.just listen to Iggy Azalea and that will fix everything) with good technique. Heats evenly. I bought one and was so happy that I ordered another one so I have two. Because it comes apart and you end up with a ring and a flat disc, one should be careful to not bend the ring out of shape (pretty hard to bend out of shape, though). You will need to wrap aluminum foil around the outside if you make anything too runny but with a good crust, there should be no leaky issues. Overall, very happy and would like to have more but I'm a cheapskate so two will do.
