Exactly as described and appear to work well. They roll very smoothly on my carpet. My only minor concern is that it's a hard plastic ball material and I'm concerned that the weight of the cabinet I used them on could damage them. The weight of my cabinet is within the stated limits, but the balls don't feel that heavy. The time will show. I love her now!
