Review on CropOS by Michael Colley

I like that you can drag/drop your trait (characteristics) rather than having numbers or colors for it - this makes creating new combinations really simple as well! And then clicking calculate gives me back all my info in terms how much different varieties would have with each characteristic compared which is fantastic :). Sometimes there are problems when adding information if some parts come up blank- so make sure things match what's expected before sending everything through!! This definitely works better because many people get "lost" while trying to create breeding trials by inputting data manually but now we don't need those calculations at least not anymore :)! You must think about using other programs such has Excel first instead since calculating these types will take forever otherwise ;) For example our breeder team uses excel alot where they do research etc., however sometimes its hard working out formulas within spreadsheet itself without losing time looking stuffs online ;/. Breeding workflows could be made more intuitive though; maybe even allow I like that it helps me decide which plant will produce what in my garden each season. It is very helpful when planning out your crops for next year. The program needs some work as far as how easy it can be used by someone who doesn't have much experience with computers or software programs. However once you figure this part out its pretty straight forward after that! Using Crop OS has helped us plan our gardening so we know exactly where things should go and when they are ready to harvest.
