I just wanted a good old apron - comfortable, functional, no frills, no frills. That's it! The neck strap is comfortable. The fabric is heavy enough to have a body but not so heavy that it's stiff. I just washed it for the first time and it turned out great. I'm very happy with it and will probably buy another one. Added February 2020: A year and a half later and 4 aprons I still highly recommend them. I bought my first. another for the second kitchen I work in. then a third so I can have one in the laundry room and one in the kitchen. Oh, and the fourth you ask? Well, one of the aprons that was sent to the laundry is hanging on the beach in Tahiti along with all of my husband's missing socks. Those who came back from the wash are still doing fine. They definitely deserve a five star rating!
