DESCRIPTION IS INCORRECT: The color does NOT get warmer when darkened!
This product is not as advertised. The color definitely does NOT get warmer when darkened. I think it's actually getting colder (more blue). In fact, at full brightness, these lamps are cooler than other lamps rated at 2700K. I don't have a colorimeter, so I don't know if it's really the 2700K color advertised on the Revain packaging and description, but it is is definitely cooler than the EcoSmart 2700K bulbs I bought from Home Depot.
Pros
- B11 soft white bulbs are ideal for candelabra and other decorative fixtures. Philips LED bulbs last 10 times longer than incandescent bulbs and four times longer than halogen bulbs, making them an excellent choice for multi-base chandeliers. Not for use with Philips Hue products.
