Nice looks good size - be careful when assembling

We bought two of these as everyday family room TV chairs. Reserved for a quick review as we were remodeling and redecorating part of the family room. The chairs look nice and although they are small I am 6ft tall and weigh 200lbs and fit perfectly in them. assembly problem. The legs go into deep slots in the chair and you insert long screws into the chair to access the threaded metal inserts in the legs. This is normal, except it's VERY hard to see what you're doing - you have to feel it. I nearly ripped off the screw until I found a light bright enough to see what was going on - the holes on the two legs (one on each chair) didn't match. One was half the width of the screw in both holes! I managed to fix this by enlarging the holes in the chair and scraping off the "shoulder" on one leg a little with a copy saw and chisel. Look into holes with very bright lights if you have trouble.
