They are listed as heavy duty, they are paper thin, thin toilet paper is better. Single ply toilet paper is stronger than these bags. Even the double pack of bags was torn and there was practically no weight in it. Had to triple the package just to take out first use in a 17 gallon kitchen trash can. Yes they should hold up to 30 gallons, not sure how well that would work. It says '100% money back, lifetime guarantee on all our items if you are not satisfied no questions asked' contact the seller even though i have just used a few of them.
