Beware of the disgusting smell.
For the most part they seem to be doing a good job of keeping the tank clean. The reason for 2 starts is a chemical smell that does not go away. This is really bad, even after I cleaned them very well before putting them in. I will clean the remaining 6 and put them outside for a couple of weeks before using them. If the smell is still there then throw it away and I will buy Fluval brand filter pads. Disappointing.
