Review on EZ Oil Drain Valve EZ 103RH by Bill Escobar

Just installed - bolted perfectly into a 10 year old Sienna and sealed well. I didn't even remove the gasket from the drain plug. The handle wasn't on the side I was hoping for, but it's easy enough to manipulate. The thread on the hose connection is perfect. My hose isn't in yet but I can't wait to pinch it and my next oil change will go straight into the storage jug. Actually, you can now do it without a hose, because the flow rate is significantly lower than with a drain plug - it flows down pretty straight without being thrown forward, you can just put a storage container directly underneath and let vomit. Yes of course, after installing it I had to play with it a bit :) The handle springs into a recess when you bring it back to the closed position, to open you have to push the handle out of this recess and then turn it. This prevents accidental opening. My pan has a slight bevel at the drain and it doesn't really protrude out of the drain that much. I'm not worried about hitting him or anything. It's chrome plated and should be easy to clean. So far I'm really impressed and happy and look forward to zero environmental disaster oil changes every time. I'll check again in a few weeks and post an update.
