Great for making jerky - more capacity than you think

This rack is great - I was able to carve a reindeer hind leg (no thighs and a few cut ends) on this grill. Metal skewers make it easy to hang all the dried strips. Once that's done, each skewer makes a great serving to bag later. This kept my oven clean and then cleaned the baking sheet without scratching or rubbing.
