Review on 1/8" NPT Pneumatic Air Compressor Muffler Fitting Exhaust Silencer (Pack Of 10) For Compressed Air Systems by Paul Dahl
It works it just cannot take any abuse.
This muffler works extremely well. It is made out of plastic so if it's going to be somewhere exposed to extreme temperatures or rough handling this is not the muffler for you. However it does work perfectly on the air tank I have in my shop as a drain muffler.

- Works great on my Campbell Hausfeld 60 Gal.
Cons
- Some users may find that the muffler restricts the airflow and reduces the overall performance of their compressed air system
