The customer support was excellent! They were always willing to help out when I had questions or needed additional information. Their rates are very fair for what you get. Sometimes it took them awhile to process some documents that they send me in order to finalize my shipment but other than that everything went smoothly. Shipping costs could be cheaper if there weren't so many fees involved in the transaction. It's easy enough to setup your account yourself without having someone who works at bgilogistics do it for you. You can ship from anywhere within their network which gives us more flexibility as far as where we're able to locate our customers.
