bad experience

I contacted the company with the dimensions of what I need. I wanted to clarify what is meant by the length of the arrow and the thickness of the dial. They answered, but very hesitantly, suggesting units that would not work. Ultimate, frustrating and time-wasting experience. I couldn't use the recommended device and it was a waste of money. I have alerted the company and they have not responded.
