Had the chair I received arrived in perfect condition this would have been a 5 star rating for me. The chair itself is exactly what I was looking for - a comfortable home office chair in a beautiful turquoise. The chair arrived with some kind of stubborn stain. I was able to remove this with warm water and dish soap after gently scraping off the hardened bits, but I didn't expect to have to do this with a new chair. The chair was definitely new (upholstery hard, legs wrapped in sacks, new furniture smell); It is not clear what substance it is. If you have a similar problem, be sure to wipe the fabric in the direction of the fabric's "grain" - I've noticed some blurring on the fabric in the area I cleaned from rubbing the fabric when I started cleaning several directions. What can I say, this chair is great. Love the colour, the chair sits a decent height off the floor and is firm but comfortable. The back is low (which is something to know by reading measurements and other reviews). The perfect chair to sit and chat with someone or have a cup of tea. I can sit comfortably cross-legged in the seat (I'm short, others may not).
