There were 6 such failures. I talked to the tools for a while today and they told me I'm working too slowly. Did what was recommended and the bits broke immediately. Then he told me to get in touch with Amana. Called twice and Amana removed my information and never called me back. I've been trying to speak to someone at Amana for over a month and still haven't received a call or email from them.
