This microwave works great. The "one button" features are amazing. Just touch the reheat button, press close to close the door and press start. Heats food well. Some opt for the defrost function. Very practical and helpful. We were concerned it would be too low but found the height was not an issue. In fact, it's better than our wall-mounted microwave, especially when it comes to stirring food. Another great feature is that there is no need for a rotating platform as the magnetron (the microwave generating device) is directly above the food so there is no need to rotate the food. And best of all, there's no microwave sticking out of the wall!
