I like that it automatically syncs your contacts from Outlook into our Salesforce CRM system for easy follow up! It's very simple but also gives you all options at once which is great when contacting multiple people in one go (for example).

Sometimes there are some glitches where messages get stuck or don't send out properly - this can be fixed by restarting their computer/network though so not really something we've noticed too often as such. Not much dislike about anything yet except maybe how slow sometimes they seem compared to other competitors who have more advanced features etc., however if price was less then yes definitely worth looking further along than just 'low cost'. Easy way around sending mass emails via email without having access / knowledge coding them yourself; saving time & money using cloud-based platform instead of buying expensive hardware equipment needed otherwise.
