I have been trying to use this plate since I started baking bread over a year ago. I have bought Japanese knives which are the best. Now I use a very sharp knife and it works much better. I get nice ears that I never had with it. So they are easy to assemble, you can wash them in the dishwasher if you want, comes in a nice double box. simply not. Goes his own way, not where you want. And the cuts just aren't deep enough for the ear to pop out. (I hope you understand what I'm talking about. If not, check out some of the sourdough YouTube channels. The best I finally found is "Foodgeek". I now bake the most delicious loaves based on his Recipe and its instructions. How about hacking I'm looking at Etsy right now. Sorry Revain. I still love you! I think they're more in line with what professional bakers use. how you need them. Maneuverability: maybe just for straight lines .
