Customer service was great and responded within 24 hours. However, there were no instructions or an exact wiring diagram for my Nissan in the package. Customer service was able to provide me with a diagram within 24 hours. I had to cut the tape on the airflow sensor wiring harness to get the necessary wires. Followed directions on T but saw worse performance from 25mpg to under 20mpg. Support advised me to disconnect and try again, which I did, but still no improvement. After removing the chip I was back to over 25mpg without the chip installed.
