Silicone is a nuisance when you put it in a cup holder in the car
I removed the silicone around the glass because it was very annoying and difficult to clean. The silicone made it harder to get a glass mug out of my car cup holder. It also detracted from the clean and smooth appearance of the glass. After that I like the product a lot better and would recommend it to people looking for something to fit in a car cup holder!
