If you experience desynchronization of the headphones when using headphones (connecting, disconnecting). Go to settings, "forget" connection (pair) with headphones. Put them in the case, close the lid, open it again and hold the case button for at least 10 seconds. Then close the lid again, then open it again and press the button for 3 seconds to pair by bluetooth, through the Soundcore app, check the synchronization of the right and left. This method helped me.
