I normally buy my lights at Target or Home Depot. They last for yrs, some are 15 yrs old. The Home Depot lights, I purchased last yr, are working this yr. BUT NOT these lights, not this company’s. I spent $200.00. Both my parents were on hospice and we wanted to make everything as festive as possible. They were beautiful last yr. We hung them correctly and took them down 2 weeks later, storing them properly. They don’t work this yr.! We got 1 yrs use. My mother just passed away, my father is still sick and grieving, we have family here from out of town and we were trying to do something to focus on something positive and get out our Christmas lights. I was on the phone for 1.5 hrs and transferred 4 times with ebay, they said they can’t help, contact the manufacturer. The lights shown in the photo, aren’t the same boxes we received. There is no warranty information. I think Home Depot’s brand of LED, it’s another manufacturer and is a 1yr.,warranty. Their lights work, this year. These lights have 5500 positive reviews, so I’m stunned. I’m waiting to hear from the manufacturer. I have no lights, I’m out 200$, and ebay doesn’t stand by the products they sell.
