Good for Cool Water Lap Swimming
I use this for lap swimming in the pool at water temp of 75 degrees F in Fall and Spring. I tried a farmer jane style wetsuit and it let in new water into the neck/chest area on every stroke. This one fits snugly so that you stay warmer because that thin film of water between your skin and the vest doesn’t have to reheat every stroke. I’m not a Marathon swimmer or athlete of any kind.just don’t want to have to buy an expensive heater to do my favorite exercise 3 seasons of the year.
