It's true. We use when we are deep in mud or sand and need a 4WD army semi trailer to clear other trailers or heavy equipment. The smaller straps, which are half the price, are great for cars that are a little stuck, but if you're in a "situation" an additional $15 can save you a thousand dollars in "wrecker" Save Recovery Fees. so it's worth charging by yourself.
