Review on 🔍 Genuine Honda 15400-RTA-003 Oil Filter by Mahle Tennex by Joshua Flame

Not sure if this is an original Honda filter or a fake. All I know is that during an oil change I primed this new filter with fresh oil to fit it to the engine and tried to put some clean oil on the gasket with my finger. The rubber seal just came loose from the filter and could not be reinstalled. It wouldn't snap into the groove on the top of the filter housing, and I wouldn't trust it to somehow magically seat right when I put it on the engine. In over 30 years of doing my own oil change, I've never experienced this with a brand new filter. This filter is clearly not Honda quality and I highly doubt if it is actually a genuine Honda filter or a lousy fake.
