I ordered this cleaner to fix an Epson WF-7620 printer that wasn't printing well (there were blurry lines on the page). I ran the solution once per the instructions and the results didn't print anything on the page at all. I did it a second time, the result is no better. It seems my printer went from bad printing to completely useless after using this cleaner. I'll keep trying to clean the printhead but I've run it so many times I'm almost out of ink (all ink cartridges were new or 75% new when I started, the black one was a brand new XL cartridge ) and thanks to this cleaner I don't want to invest even more money in a seemingly broken printer. It seems that some people have had success with this product but definitely not me.
