Review on 📦 DYMO Postal and Shipping Scale, 25lb Capacity - Digital, Accurate, and Reliable (1772059) by Issac Smart

I recently bought a new one and the auto shut off after 3 minutes "improve" ruined it. The weird thing is that I have an older scale of the SAME MODEL and was able to turn off the auto shut off. I couldn't do that with the new one. So it had to be returned. The new one also couldn't constantly go to zero for a week. The old one stayed at zero even though it had about 20,000 packages. The old one is still running and is looking for new replacements because the old one has been cranking things up a lot lately. Resetting after a week of use is not a good sign. Off by 0.01 plus or minus. It's a minor thing, i.e. the auto-off feature is the real problem. DYMO should bring back the ability to disable automatic shutdown. It violates the terms of the contract. This can be done because I need to redo this - OLD which is the SAME EXACT MODEL I could disable the auto shut off.
