The most helpful thing about hammerHead was their customer service team! They were always so accommodating with our questions or concerns at any time during an implementation process - whether it be pre-sales, post sales support after contract completion etc., they really went above & beyond to help us out in every way possible!! I wish there had been more training available for some of my colleagues as well because we all learned new things from them which helped boost employee morale overall even though many still felt like that what little knowledge existed could have used improvement! We realized how much better communication can happen when you're using online project management software rather than emailing back n forth via attachments only (which are difficult sometimes).
