The capacity of this bag is large, but it definitely needs a different rear tray than mine. The side pockets hang well under the rails of my small luggage rack. This was made worse when they loaded. Even then I prefer a smaller bag. There's plenty of it for carrying off the bike, although the centerpiece is a surprisingly comfortable backpack. The side bags simply hang on the luggage rack with a pair of metal hooks. They are flat and wide so the pouches won't come loose. But there's a slight rumble when riding over minor bumps. If you don't need the entire set for a specific trip, you can use just 1 or 2 side bags. But the central backpack is only fixed by attaching to both side pockets. The material and the zippers are of very good quality. There is no rain test here but I assume they keep all the contents dry and there is an extra case for the whole set. The bright zipper hooks are nice to the touch - it's very easy to tell which end has a zipper. There is an additional zipped pocket on the side of the backpack which was good for my gloves when I was parking at home or my phone while driving.
