Not 7.25 inches!: Brackets
As another review says, these brackets are not 7.25 inches to fit a standard 1 x 8 inch board (which is the exact 7.25 inch width ). The bracket has an inside diameter of 7.5 inches and leaves a 1/4 inch gap. If that doesn't bother you, take it as it seems durable. I'm unhappy that it specifies a FALSE dimension and parentheses are returned.
