cheap lamp holder

The product gives good light but every time I get into my truck, at least 4-5 times a week, I take the lamp off the bed and put it down it down the back in the holder, even if only driving on the freeway. The spring-loaded mount offers virtually no resistance when turning on or removing the flashlight. Definitely either a bad mount or an even worse design.
