Excellent quality, simple. Just follow the pattern. It will take some time as it is very detailed but otherwise it wouldn't be in the Golden Collection. Better thread organizer than the previous set I bought. It seems like there should be enough flow if you use it wisely. Really nice, I'm halfway there now.
