This stuff is very hated in other work forums. The problem is that it bleeds when it gets wet. I didn't have that experience. I put it on raw vegetable tanned leather, let it sit for a few seconds and rubbed it very well. Dark spots became beautiful and dark, and the color became rich and saturated. You need to be careful with the coating as it can be uneven. The second coat may leave a darker overall finish than desired, so try to apply it evenly the first time. I sealed it with 50/50 resole and water and had no color fading issues. Very satisfied. Pros: Saves a step as it paints colors and antiques in one color. Saturated color. Disadvantages: the paint can be applied unevenly and the second coat can make the surface too dark.
