Received this on time and undamaged from ebay. Came in a big box with the product inside in another box. All parts were there and assembly was easy with the tools provided. My kitchen ceiling height is 12 feet so if you also have high ceilings you will have to go to your local hardware store and buy some chain. I bought 2 pieces of 4 ft each which was entirely too long but better long than short. Since my house is over 100 years old I didn't have to worry about finding studs as the walls and ceilings are shiplap. I screwed them in as tight as I could by hand and then used some pliers to turn them some more. It has a top rack which I put soup pots on and used the hooks to hang the others. Plenty of hooks, the rack itself seems to be well made and I am happy with my purchase.
