This is the kind of fix I wanted for our kitchen but . the instructions left LOTS to be desired and one of the eye hooks broke off in the ceiling when screwing it in, leaving us with the dilemma of a hole to cover. I moved to a smaller place and needed a way to make room in my kitchen. And I decided to get this pot rack. It was a little bent but I got the fellas who did my installation bent back a little better. It sure is very sturdy and holds my pots & lids well. If I’m ever lucky 🍀 enough to ever get that large kitchen I’ve always wanted, I’ll get two of these! System keeps failing on me to post my pics.

I disliked the hardware and the lack of attention paid to the hole and wire rack alignment. The hardware should be black, not silver in color, to match the sheet steel it is made from. The chain is not appropriate for the "80 pound" weight this is supposed to hold. I will be using upgraded chain for the install because I do not trust the wire circles they call chain.

The photos are misleading as too how many pots/pans that you can fit on the top, however; I reviewed the measurements of it before purchasing. The measurements are listed. It fits perfect in the small space that I wanted it for. Came w/everything needed to hang it up and you can adjust the height. The only reason that I gave it four stars is because I think that the price is a bit much for something this size.

Received this on time and undamaged from ebay. Came in a big box with the product inside in another box. All parts were there and assembly was easy with the tools provided. Giving two stars since this is technically a pan rack. However, be aware that it is impossible to get square - due to the way that the holes are drilled, there is slack, so the 3 segments of the grid will never be level with each other once you start using the product, even if you tightened them down as hard as you could before hanging. Additionally, the brackets that attach the grid to the little top bar were bent, so my grid hung at a 10-ish degree angle instead of being parallel to the stud…

This product is a good value for the cost of it. I have 15 pots and pans hanging from it right now. A great space savor for the kitchen cabinets.

Was excited to receive this product but was kind of disappointed.I did not get all screws to fasten and secure wiring to rack. While screwing the hook into the ceiling, it completely snapped in half! I have very low ceilings but did adjust for that pretty easily

The photo of the image is misleading- this is only 16 inches. You will not fit 5 pots in the top. I’m returning it. That's my review!

Welds were poorly done and many had either failed upon shipping or were not done well to begin with. I didn’t even try to install it - I didn’t want my heavy cast irons to fall onto unexpecting heads.

Cheaply made garbage. Holes don’t even match up so you can’t even build the thing, we tried for a while to build this and it’s so poorly made we couldn’t. Returning to ebay today, if I could give zero stars I would.
