Is Robomann worth $299? I say it's probably worth a lot more! I had no intention of buying a fully Alexa integrated robot hoover that doesn't even come with a remote as I'm always skeptical about the setup but not this one. It was very easy to set up with the network, it was done in less than a minute, and then I immediately got to work cleaning the 1,800 square foot area on the first floor of my home that was littered with furniture and obstructions. I just finished vacuuming. Area with a $400 Bissel handheld vacuum that I've used for the past few years. After this robot finished cleaning, I found that its dust bin was completely full, and Robomann immediately won my heart. I had to buy, test and return several robot vacuums before I found this gem. Satisfaction was not immediate upon arrival and my first attempt to use the device, rather disappointing as the device did not work after being charged at a dedicated charging station overnight. So on Saturday night I hesitantly emailed the manufacturer asking for help. On Sunday morning I was pleasantly surprised when I received an offer to charge the robot with a directly connected charger. After an overnight charge I tried again and decided it was for storage. What am I losing with this kind of customer service? Incidentally, the robot found its station after the first cleaning and started the charging process as normal. In terms of functionality, this voice control device has the flexibility to set up a restricted area, define a cleaning area on a clearly drawn map in a mobile phone, the possibilities are endless! Only five stars for me.
