Problem solved for parts
Part looks well made, installation is a little tricky due to location (left lower frame behind front suspension) on a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country. Make sure you have a mark or a good visual reference to ensure you installed the vacuum lines to the correct ports. I also used metal clamps to secure the hoses and prevent leaks. The codes were cleared and the part was installed within 2 months and the check engine light is off.
