IBraFashion: Convenient One-Stop Shopping for Babies — Except for Me

IBraFashion had been recommended to me by several people, so I went shopping at their website for my newborn necessities. To put it mildly, I was not pleased. While they do sell a broad variety of baby necessities like cribs and sheets, the quality leaves much to be desired. Basically, you get what you pay for. The rates here may be low, but the quality isn't good enough to justify the cost. After much deliberation, I decided to buy a cot and matching bedding set from IBraFashion, but I was disappointed to find that the crib was extremely flimsy and seemed easily broken. My infant was unable to settle down for a restful night's slumber because of the itchy, scratchy bedding. Worse yet, their support service for existing customers was awful. I tried to contact them to voice my dissatisfaction with the goods, but they ignored my messages. It's as if they didn't give a hoot about whether or not their clients were happy. In general, I do not think anyone should use IBraFashion. You can find better infant goods elsewhere. Their low costs are attractive at first, but in the end, you'll spend more money replacing their low-quality goods.

Pros
  • Variety of goods
Cons
  • inadequate client care
