The most important thing is that they have some of best support team in India which helps me whenever I need them via live chat/email etc., Also their customer service executive are very helpful when you face any issue with your account like login issues then also there will not only help but solve it for sure within few minutes without asking anything from my end too! Sometimes sometimes its little bit slow while loading pages so i think thats just because our internet speed might differ than others!! But overall everything else looks good about this software.
