Quick and easy in temperature and humidity mode
I love this thing! I can quickly and fairly accurately measure the surface temperature of my bottles without removing the airlock. The closer you get to the surface to be read, the more accurate it becomes. never mind I'm sure there are more accurate devices out there, but they at least give me a rough reading of the temperature of the wort (juice) or starter on the agitator. For 10€ that's no problem :)
