I wanted to see my neighborhood on my cell phone while I was away. Three cameras installed. The pictures on the monitor/TV were very good and initially on my cell phone. In less than a week the connection to the mobile phone was long delays, one camera shorted out causing all images on the monitor/TV to go blank, all three images were returned by replacing the fourth camera, there were many false alarms. sent to the cellphone (99 in a six hour period) and finally all I got was a black screen when trying to connect to the cellphone. That's when I decided it wasn't the system I wanted and I want to return it for a full refund. As soon as ZOSI found out I wanted a refund, they sent a new camera even though my request was previously closed. I am now waiting over two weeks for a return/refund message from Revain. will someone come back to me
