Great for electronics repair

Not sure how the 1000X turns out, may be included in the 2x digital zone but for now this LCD digital microscope is taking on the job of repairing the main electronic board. The display is good enough for this purpose, for better picture quality I'd rather plug it into a laptop and see it there. Battery operation is a big plus for me, so I don't have to be constantly plugged into a power source.
