The first bottle I bought from Bigfly was the exact same color and the base of the sofa was stained with that color but then I bought a second bottle from another seller and the color was complete wrong and had a very reddish hue. It was almost mahogany and completely ruined my project. Now I have to peel off the skin and start over. I've never used leather dye before, so I didn't have enough experience to know that color could be completely different. It should not differ significantly from the batch of dyes. Bought at the same time but from two different sellers. Lesson learned. Test the color before applying!</p>
