Use almost every night. Very convenient to quickly cook vegetables (asparagus, squash, squash, broccoli, cabbage, etc.) in the microwave in 5 minutes or less. Chop potatoes with paprika/onion/spice after 20 minutes. In the oven I use it for everything from manicotti, ravioli in sauce to bread puddings. I love that it has a lid and a comfortable handle for safe transport. Also saves on dishwashing, if there are leftovers I can let them cool and put them straight in the fridge! Then just reheat and serve again! It was a gift from my daughter, I've been using mine for over 50 years. I've never seen one like these new ones on the market, the reviews put me off them. It is better to stick to the checked time.
