Suppose you plan to install two 2.5" drives instead of one 3.5" drive. It seems it is! What can go wrong? The build is solid, although the discs feel a little too tight. But after installing the washers, when it's time to install the block into the case, you first notice that only one of the holes on the side collapses. No problem, you think - let's use the holes below. Oh, there's also only one set that fits in regular disc holders. OK. It hurts, but let's just use the two holes on the side and the two on the bottom. That should be enough to hold him down, right? NOT CORRECT. They don't fit AT ALL. Hey Ice Dock, have you heard of the SFF 8300? No? I did not think. As if that wasn't enough, the guys at Icy Dock also seem to have forgotten that 3.5" hard drives use #6-32 UNC screws and NOT the optical drive thread, which is M3. So now I have an expensive case that I can't properly install on my machine :P
