It works as advertised
Yes it replaces the original regulator and works perfectly. I now have a working little air compressor. Dislikes: I had to disassemble the old regulator to remove it from the compressor because it was too close to the tank. I also had to disassemble a NEW regulator to install it. After the new regulator was stepped onto the inlet fitting and installed, I reassembled the regulator and attached the pressure gauge and quick disconnect outlet fitting.
